End-to-end SaaS engineering

Turn a recurring problem into a dependable product.

We help shape, design, and engineer SaaS products from first validated release through the architecture, administration, billing, and observability required for controlled growth.

01 / Business challenge

The problem behind the technology.

A SaaS product is more than its primary feature. Identity, tenancy, permissions, onboarding, billing boundaries, administration, support, and operational visibility determine whether it can serve more than the first few users.

02 / What we build

Capabilities assembled around the outcome.

The exact mix follows the product, data, risk, and operating environment—not a fixed technology package.

01

Product architecture and multi-tenant foundations

02

Authentication, roles, permissions, and organizations

03

Customer dashboards and core product workflows

04

Subscription and billing integrations

05

Administration, support, and account operations

06

Deployment, observability, usage limits, and lifecycle tooling

03 / Typical use cases

Where this capability creates leverage.

  • Launch a focused B2B workflow product
  • Turn an internal capability into a sellable platform
  • Rebuild a validated prototype for production
  • Add tenant and role architecture to a growing application
  • Create the administration surface behind the customer experience

04 / Delivery approach

Reduce uncertainty in the right order.

  1. 01

Validate audience, recurring job, and commercial boundary

  2. 02

Model tenancy, permissions, data isolation, and lifecycle

  3. 03

Design onboarding and the first-value journey

  4. 04

Build the core workflow with operations tooling

  5. 05

Instrument reliability, usage, support, and product learning

05 / Technology context

Standard tools, selected for the system.

Technology choices are validated against team capability, security, cost, integration, and long-term ownership.

  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • PostgreSQL
  • Authentication providers
  • Billing APIs
  • Queues
  • Docker
  • Cloud deployment

06 / Relevant engineering references

Systems worth studying.

Independent open-source and research projects, clearly attributed and examined for transferable engineering lessons—not presented as NexLoomix client work.

08 / Questions

Before an engagement begins.

Can you build both the customer product and admin system?

Yes. Customer experience and internal operations are designed together so support, account management, content, and exceptions do not depend on database access or engineering intervention.

Do you provide a payment or compliance certification?

We can integrate established billing and identity providers, but we do not claim that an integration makes the product compliant. Legal, financial, security, and regulatory requirements need separate qualified review.

Should the first version be multi-tenant?

Only when the validated product and operating model require it. We choose the simplest architecture that preserves necessary isolation and a credible path to growth.
