NexLoomix is not required to accept an enquiry or undertake a project.

Do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card data, regulated personal data, confidential production data, or other highly sensitive material through the initial project-enquiry form. Selecting an NDA preference is a request for discussion and is not a signed confidentiality agreement.

Proposals, estimates, and project contracts

Material project obligations will not be changed through website Terms where they are governed by a separately accepted agreement.

Severability and no waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
